Shipping & Return

Magicalle will utilize courier service from DHL domestic and DHL International for the entire deliveries.

 

1. Shipping and Handling Charges

Domestic

Free shipping within Malaysia on orders above RM200. Otherwise, please refer to the shipping charges as per the table below:

  • West Malaysia – RM8
  • East Malaysia – RM15

 

International
Magicalle ships to over 200 Countries worldwide. Shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code. Custom duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated.

 

 

2. Order Handling

Domestic

All orders will be process and ship out within 1-3 business days. For Custom Made collection, please allow an estimated of 7-14 business days to be ready and ship out.

 

International
Delivery time can vary based on the courier tariff zones from the date of shipment. All transit times specified by the courier service are subject to Customs clearance.

 

Do notify us if you have any special requirement on your packing by dropping us a note during checkout.

Remarks: Business days exclude weekend & public holidays

 

3. Custom duties and taxes charged for International shipping 

  • Your items purchased may be subject to custom duties and taxes, depending on the origin of the country which the items purchased from. 
  • The charges may be differ based on the country originally from. Customers are required to take the responsibility for the fees charges, if and only applicable.

Remarks: if you are concerned about the custom duties and taxes charges, please do not hesitate to contact your local custom office for further information as it is beyond Magicalle’s restrain. 

 

4. Delivery Status

Tracking number will made available via email or Message 1 business day once the parcel is successfully being dispatched. Feel free to contact us via email at magicalle.co@gmail.com on your Magicalle delivery status.

 

5. Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number to magicalle.co@gmail.com within 24 hours upon full payment is made. Any returns after 24 hours period stated above will be at the discretion of Magicalle Sdn Bhd.

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

 

6. Return & Exchange

  • Products sold that is customized, engraved, special design order and purchase by using promotional code are non-refundable.
  • Return and exchange due to defective or different design of item received is subject to examined by our personnel.
  • Defective condition does not include scratches, damages caused by accident, abusive action, improper utilization or inappropriate storage and modification of the item, or any careless behavior on.
  • Return charges will be borne by Magicalle with the condition:
  1. Items found to be defective or damaged upon delivery; and/or
  2. Wrong or different design of item received.
  3. Inform us on your dissatisfaction of the products within 7 days after your parcel is delivered, either via email at magicalle.co@gmail.com or call us on +6011 5553 5131.

 

  • Upon inspection by our personnel, the online banking, e-Wallet, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 7-14 working days to credit your account.
